Our venue gives visitors the opportunity to get up close with an incredible range of exotic animals in a safe, relaxed and educational environment. We offer a variety of pre-bookable experiences, including private visits, animal encounters, birthday experiences, keeper experiences, educational sessions and more.
We are constantly developing and adding new educational animal experiences, so there is always something new to discover at ReptiZoo.
Booking Your Visit
All visits to ReptiZoo must be pre-booked and confirmed in advance. We are not currently able to accommodate walk-in visitors.
We usually require at least a few days’ notice when arranging a visit. However, we can sometimes accommodate bookings at shorter notice when staff are available, so it is always worth getting in touch.
Please take care when selecting your visit time. Our timings are strict, as we often have several different visits and experiences taking place throughout the same day. We kindly ask that visitors arrive at their agreed time and are ready to leave when their booked session ends. Arriving late may reduce the amount of time available for your experience.
Accessibility
Please be aware that our venue is located up one flight of stairs. We ask visitors to take this into consideration before booking, particularly where anyone in the group may have mobility difficulties.

Animal Keeper Experience

Go beyond the animal encounter and discover what it’s really like to work behind the scenes at ReptiZoo.
The first part of your experience includes hands-on interaction with a variety of our exotic animals.
Then it’s time to become an Animal Keeper!
With guidance from our team, you’ll take part in real animal-care activities such as preparing food, feeding animals including Snakes, Bearded Dragons & Tortoise’s, maintaining & Setting up enclosures and learning about habitats, husbandry and the day-to-day care involved in running an exotic animal rescue.
Participants receive a certificate of completion at the end of their experience.
Perfect for animal lovers, aspiring animal keepers, parents and children, or anyone interested in learning more about working with exotic animals.
Accompanying adults & children all need to book a pass for each Keeper experience we can accommodate up to 4 people at a time, children under 14 must have an adult with them.
